This unique scheme has allowed for a first floor balcony with a ‘Barbican’ balustrade, tinted glass and steps leading into the garden, to be built on top of a sealed and extended deck area, creating an ideal rain-proof car-port. |

| Balustrading and Boat Store in North Wales – Designed, Built & installed by Sunrock Balconies – July 2012 We were set the challenge of creating a boat store at sea level with safe access down steps in the cliff face from the headland property we had installed a glass balcony and infinity glass balustrade wall around the patio area. In addition there needed to be a way to easily haul boats into the store when the tide was out!. With our ability to fabricate steel we created a steel gate and balustrading to line the steps down to the sea where we created a boat rack store and added rails to the lower steps for when the tide is out. |
